Disappointed
We purchased the refrigerator 8 months ago. we have the Water and Ice dispenser in the door. The water is not cold, its at room temperature.We have to add Ice if we want a cold drink. I like a cold drink not warm. The food in the Crispers are now starting to freeze. I have turned the refrigeraor temperature up to 40 degrees. I'm a little concerned that I may have to call for service. Storage in the Refrigerator and freezer are good and there is plenty of space in both areas.
However am very disappointed with this refrigerator due to the other issues I have mentioned. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Worst fridge I’ve ever had
I never post reviews but I was compelled this time to warn others how bad this fridge is. There are four tiny air vents in the back of the fridge that can’t have anything within 2 inches of it or it freezes your food. This is a counter depth fridge so that doesn’t not leave much room for food. Also when air outside is humid, even with A/C on and a dehumidifier, the fridge temp drops up to 10 degrees. I was told by the technician who had to come twice to repair in the first few months that Frigidaire changed their insulation which is now insufficient for humid days. Really like it so far
We have only had this fridge for about 3 weeks, but so far we really like it. It looks great in our new kitchen! I was not really keen on getting the French door style with pull-out bottom freezer, but my wife won that debate. There are definitely compromises in that style and also in the counter-depth size, but I think those are common to all models of those styles and not specific to this fridge. The stainless steel finish seems very easy to clean. I like the small ice cubes, but I wish it could hold more ice. If it holds up over time, I will consider this refrigerator to have been a great buy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Freezes everything
What a poor design. I understand that all food can not be near the damper and all that but don't even put food near a wall, even in the front. Freeze everything, eggs, drinks vegetables, fruit. This fridge is costing me too much money. The temperature readings on the door are not thermostats, just the temperature you would like the fridge or freezer to be at. So if you leave the freezer open all day, it will say 0°. So stupid and cheap. The drawers are on cheap gliders and will soon break. Worst buy! The only thing I like is that it is stainless steel and counter depth. Oh and when open the doors, stuff like mustard falls.

Basics okay but lacks top features
Overall the refrigerator is very functional and everything stays cold. The ice maker is on the left door but does tend to freeze items right below it in the fridge. We typically put our milk there. The crisper drawers and cheese/meat drawer works great and we like the adjustable shelves in the doors.
There are a few things we miss; it does not chill the water coming from the water dispenser in the door. Directions instruct you to use ice :-). The plastic shelf below the ice dispenser is flimsy and bends easily. And the ice dispenser tends to spew ice out onto the floor unless you are very careful. Really enjoy this fridge
We all really like this fridge, especially both of my kids who can now easily get a drink of water right from it. Very spacious and personally I like the dim-to-bright LED lighting when you open the unit.
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is packaging. Frigidaire puts a thin film of plastic over the whole front of the unit. But, it seems they put that on BEFORE the doors are fully assembled. Therefore, the plastic film extends underneath the back/top/edges of the doors and is virtually impossible to remove. The guys who installed our fridge complained about it too. it is ok, but not the best
I bought this a few months ago and it took a while to get a good one first one came with a big dent in the front door.Second one came with the back cardboard panel ripped off.
I did get that fixed, but first problem was that plastic covering was not taken off all the way now there are some places where plastic shows.
AS in some of the other reviews it does freeze items in the fridge if they are close to the vent.
The main thing that I do not like is that the water is not cold.it is room temperature.I should of done a little more work looking into this model. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Love the fridge hate the problems
I love the fridge and the layout...BUT
We bought it about 6 months ago and we have issues with freezing the food in the refrigerator part. If placed by the metal bars at the back it freezes the food, pickles, cream cheese, fruit, veggies. so be aware where you place things.
The water dispenser works great, but the stream continues for a second after you stop dispensing, therefore causing spills on you, the fridge and the floor.
Lastly, The produce drawers' wheels cracked off of the plastic runner of the shelf. Parts are only covered in the first 6 months, I never thought I would need to replace thing on a new appliance so soon. :o(
