Warranty of Good Working Order

Under Québec's statutory warranty of good working order (effective October 5, 2026), the warranty period for covered household appliances is:

• 6 years: ranges, refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners.
• 5 years: dishwashers, washing machines, and dryers
