20.2 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 1799.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plenty of space I had a 25 year old upright freezer that finally stopped working. I had to constantly defrost it which was a least a half a day. Replaced it with the Frigidaire frost free freezer. There is plenty of room for everything. I bought wire baskets to utilize the space which makes finding things much easier. The door has great suction.... a little difficult to open sometimes but I know that no warm air is getting inside. I located my freezer in the garage... the sound of the motor could be a little distracting if inside... depending on the person. I don't know why I waited so long in replacing the old freezer. I am extremely satisfied with my new Frigidaire freezer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Frigidaire I was forced into buying a new freezer last month because my old one "bit the dust". It was only minutes until closing time as I rushed into the local appliance store to try to buy a freezer and get it delivered the same afternoon so I wouldn't loose everything in the old freezer. I literally looked at the largest freezer on display, pointed to it and said "can you deliver it NOW?". Little did I know what a fantastic freezer I have inadvertently picked out. I love it. I'd recommend it to anyone. I haven't found a single thing to be unhappy about. You can't go wrong with this freezer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet, holds a ton of food I had this freezer delivered 3 months ago, and it's worked beautifully for us so far. My only complaint is that I ended up buying an extra shelf, as the spaces were all so tall between shelves and there's only so much stacking you can do before it all crashes down. Customer service was actually amazing when I ordered the shelf, happiest part of the whole process. I've been able to fit 1/2 a pig, 1/4 cow, 3 whole chickens, 2 half hams, various breads and bags of vegetables, and a deer in the main freezer (all packaged, obviously). And that still left me with the door storage for all my containers of apple cider, chili base, etc. Love it so far!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Customer Service We bought a display model when we moved to a new house (our old one was sold with the house) and didn't have time to wait on a new one to come in stock. After only a month or two, frost was building up inside the door and there was a water leak underneath. I called Frigidaire and they were very helpful. I had to send a copy of my receipt since the display model was a year or two old (based on manufactured date), but they covered all costs associated with a tech coming out to repair he unit. We've not had any problems since. Tech was here 1-1.5 weeks after I called Frigidaire. Very pleased. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Freezer! Freezer gets extremely cold and it definitely locks in the cold air and does not allow outside air in. I have mine in my garage and temperatures here can get upwards of 90 degrees. My food has always remained rock hard frozen. My only gripe is that this freezer is so well sealed that it makes it very hard to open. When I try to open the I have to give it a very hard tug that the whole freezer will shift from where it’s standing. I have found a little trick though, where I’ll stick my finger in between the door and the rubber to beak the air tight seal and then the door will open much easier. Rated 5 out of 5 by from In Need of a Freezer...I am a Baker. I am a Baker and our freezer went out and I needed to find a freezer quickly. I loved my last Frigidaire Freezer because of the shelving layout as well as the shelving in the door that makes it easy to arrange my baked goods as well as our other food. Our last freezer lasted over 20 years and we knew that Frigidaire was a product we had trusted for many years even when we were kids our parents owned Frigidaire products. Having the Energy Star mark we knew that we wanted another one because of it's high efficiency. We were thrilled to find a model that had the same layout as our last one. Thank you. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Able to access more products! I do prefer the upright freezer to the conventional chest freezer. Along with freeing up floor space, I am able to easily access (and see) foods instead of always digging around hanging over the edge (almost falling in to my previous deep freezer). The only negative aspect is the shelving...they seem very weak and bend under the weight of the food, the shelves need to be stronger/stiffer. I am looking into buying freezer safe "containers" to use as "drawers/baskets" for some of my items that seem to slip/shift around and sometimes fall out when I open the door. Other than that, I am quite happy/pleased with my new upright freezer. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Freezer! I bought this Frigidaire to replace an extremely old Frigidaire that was going out. The one thing I saw was this model didn't have as many shelves as my old one. But then I noticed that there were slots to move the shelves to the height I desired. So, if I could move the shelves up or down, why couldn't I just buy two extra shelves to put in those slots. I purchased the shelves and am so glad I did. I didn't want food to have to be stacked up high on top of each other. This arrangement allows me to keep my shelves more user friendly and easier to see exactly what I have in it.
