Frigidaire Pizza Sauce

Yields – About 3 cups (enough for 3-4 14” pizzas)

    INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse about 10 times, or until fully combined and smooth.
    2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, stirring continuously until it begins to bubble.
    3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
    4. Once the sauce reaches your desired consistency, remove it from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
    5. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.

  3. 6 - Garlic Cloves, peeled
  4. 1 tsp (6g) - Kosher Salt
  5. ¼ cup (12g) - Italian Seasoning
  6. 3 - Fresh Basil Leaves
