Rated 5 de 5 de Pancake Cook par Perfect for pancakes I just bought this griddle for my new 30” dual fuel Electrolux range. It was hard to find a griddle the right size for this range (narrow and not too long). This website is abysmal in terms of description of this griddle. It is flat on the other side. I managed to get it at 25% off when calling in to order, so make sure you ask for this deal. I made pancakes today using the griddle. With the griddle element on the lowest setting and giving adequate time for the griddle to preheat, it did a perfect job of my pancakes. And I am VERY picky about pancakes. Many pans do a terrible job. Note - I did preseason the griddle. No instructions were provided. Just googled it. It came very fast after I ordered it.
